FoamKit 2000 - Formulation table
Formulation table shows chemical streams - chemicals of same type together in colour coded groups Chemical quantities expressed as pph (parts per hundred of polyol, by weight) and flow rate per minute (in kg/min or lb/min - user preference). Flow rate may be changed by adjusting the output factor. Table capacity up to 25 chemical streams. As chemicals are added, the table expands accordingly. Isocyanate index may be adjusted or, alternatively, isocyanate pph value can be inserted and the index is calculated and displayed

Foam rise profile
For some formulations the shape of the foam rise profile is critical. When a formulation is saved, a default rise profile is stored for it. This foam profile can be adjusted so that an exact match to the actual foam rise is obtained. This rise profile is used to calculate the shape of the foam profile displayed in the process graphic.
