FoamKit 2000 - Process Settings / Conditions
Process settings and conditions are displayed on the Process screen
Process settingsDepending on the type of foam process which has been selected, the Process settings available include:
Block dimensions
Conveyor speed
Trough volume (Maxfoam)
Pour plate (liquid laydown) or conveyor angle (conventional inclined conveyor)
When any of these are adjusted, process data (such as full rise position, trough dwell, etc.) are re-calculated and displayed. The machine graphic display is also updated.
Process conditionsProcess conditions include:
Ambient temperature
Relative humidity
Pressure
Pressure can either be atmospheric pressure (in the case of a conventional process) or enclosure pressure in the case of a controlled pressure process
Controlled pressure processA controlled pressure process can be simulated in either positive pressure or negative pressure (vacuum) mode.
